For over 20 years, Kate has led children, teens, and adults through music, art, movement, and soul-deep emotional work, helping them remember the voice, the truth, the spark they buried to survive.
A trained teacher, mindfulness educator, trauma-aware facilitator, communication major and multidisciplinary artist, Kate’s work bridges expressive arts, somatic wisdom, and intuitive transformation. At its core, it’s about one thing: liberation, from the stories, systems, and silences that have kept too many dimmed and disconnected for far too long.
Kate creates tools for awakening. From guided journals and affirmation decks to original music, and books, to creative mentorship, and art that activates. Everything she offers is a doorway back to self, sovereignty, and soul purpose.
Kate’s deepest credential is her own lived journey, through trauma, burnout, silence, elite-level training, and spiritual initiation. What she reclaimed along the way, her voice, her worth, her wild creativity, and her personal truth, now forms the foundation of the work she offers others.
Whether guiding a Sacred No Boundary Lab, leading a Soul Song session, mentoring a creator through rebirth, supporting a business owner ready to rise, or supporting a teacher, parent, or coach recovering from burnout, Kate meets people at their edge, and walks with them as they cross the threshold back to their truest, most glorious self.
Her mission is clear: to light the fire within others, so together, we can illuminate a new way of living, leading, and being.
