For the first time in years, I was handed a paintbrush… and met with the wild, brilliant
child that I’d buried.
Painting became another form of therapy.
It was a rebellion.
And a way home to myself.
Through hundreds of raw, untamed works, I learned to love every part of me, the light and the shadow, the beauty and the chaos.
That same current flows through my music, writing, and the healing work I do now.
This isn’t about “art”, it’s about remembrance.
